The new theory on multiple sclerosis (MS)
This is a disease characterized by destruction of the intergrity of the nervous system, especially the neurons and the covering sheath that protects them, the myelin sheath.
It happens for unknown reasons at large but as usual people tend to believe that it is some chemicals and environmental or genetic derangements. But as usual sure has an explanation regarding to societal beliefs. And this belief is the belief in God. Yes God.
People who believe in no God in any way are more susceptible to suffer from this disorder. This is because as I have said earlier that the way we live and believe about the universe becomes the way we live and believe as humans. And this is transferred into the way our cells live and believe in our bodies. If one does not believe that there is a master of this universe, the Creator, God, The designer. Call it anything but refer to the almighty that we and all the natures created things serves. If one does not believe that. Chances are even their bodies cells will have the same faith and leading to ignoring whatever the brain or nervous system is telling them (remember it is the executive) And this leads to the pathophysiology and lesions as seen in MS. Again I donít say that MS is a disease of atheists only. No. Any belief that is within those lines, whether is doubting, or believing in erroneous way of how God is. For example thinking that God does guess, uses probability or is uncertain. Leads one to think that the universe is uncertain and anyting happens purposelessly, only luckily may lead to MS cancers and other chaos in the bodies.
So faith in God may be a way to recover from MS and all other diseases.
Try finding the true God, Because beware as He is who you think He Is. If you decide to make a random one, man that is up to you. Since it doesnt matter by what name you call God. To find the real one ask healthy people. Ask healthy Islams, ask healthy Christians, ask healthy Rastas, Budhas, Hindus, Healthy scientists. In all those you must find the living God worth worshipping but never, never exist without One

Theory on diabetes (Nadharia ya kisukari)
A condition of excess sugar in the blood. The factors might be many but the overall is lack or insensitivity to insulin produced by the pancreas.
The body achieves this by mechanisms including down-regulation/destruction of insulin receptors and function. Produce antibodies to destroy either Langerhans cells or the receptors or the insulin itself. Why. Insulin uses the energy the body is desperately trying to make it available. Insulin also in collaboration with growth factors leads to body growth which is seems to be a luxurious work when we are in emergency. Thus the body remain in a high state of energy which it can use to conquer that imaginable threat. But that energy has already became the danger itself. And when the body realize that it is dangerous what does it do? Gluconeogenesis. Make more of readily available energy source, glucose. This may be accompanied by lipolysis and further anabolic activities which lead to wasting and cachexia seen in advanced patients.
Surprisingly the glucose produced does not even benefit the body cells in need of them. This is a situation they say is equivalent to starving in the land of excess. The cells in diabetic patient are starved even though there is plenty of energy sources in the system. Why are they not using it? The system (brain) has already put a ban discouraging all activities regarded as not so important for survival. And now there is even more threats to the cells including the recent one, hyperglycemia. How do we tackle the problem is sadly in the very same way that created it in first place, the very same way the problem itself is;By creating more sugar. And this may involve non sugar sources like lipids and proteins.
It becomes self-enforcing and even more dangerous. But that matters less, we are trying to survive here.
It might be also otherwise that high levels of sugar whether consumed or mobilized in the body that eventually led to the disease. If one constantly consumes high caloric foods either out of stress or fun. Chances are they will make their pancreas to overwork producing increasing higher amounts of insulin. If it happens the body needs to maintain higher levels of glucose makes it insulin resistant. And that is a characteristic of type 1 diabetes. In fact this kind of diabetes occurs whenever we are acutely aroused/stressed. The sequence may go on for years until the pancreas can not keep up with the glucose. Then this is when it is said that the type 2 diabetic patient has eventually developed type 1 diabetes. Insulin insufficiency.

Theory on cancer (Nadharia ya saratani)
We all live and die but no one likes to die earlier. The same thing happens with our body cells and systems none wants to die before the time is due. Both chemical and neurological environment of the body contribute to threat the cells face. When threatened to die the cells will try to evade or eliminate the threat. When the threat is so strong then the only option is to be strong, be indestructible and multiply more. In chaotic environment where every cell is struggling to survive, every system is struggling to thrive. It happen some cells achieve greater powers to proliferate and they do so disregarding wellbeing of other cells. These cells donít follow rules of the society and find a means to escape the death penalty for that (apoptosis). They embezzle nutrient and space around them and grow like crazy compromising other cells and systems, but they donít care anyway.
The situation leads to destruction of the whole organism as the imbalance becomes unbearable. So even the cells that thought they have achieved immortality eventually crumble then dies with the whole organism. Cancer once thought as a means to live forever becomes the very cause to die early. If possible the stubborn cells can be removed surgically or chemically but with expense of other cells.
One thing that baffled scientist of all times is that all the chemicals that are termed as carcinogens do not directly cause cancer. They merely act as triggers which then make the cell themselves turn into cancerous masses. The cell remain unrecognizable by the immune as it does not appear foreign. Strange!? No. If compared to the society we live in the thieves and the corrupt do not have specific faces. Their behavior of not caring for the good of others is what makes them bad. They were not born that way but some circumstances (like carcinogens) made them be that way. Higher degrees of chaos and insecurity and insufficiency then trigger the corrupt behavior of those in chance to do so. The same thing that happens to our poor cells and systems.
Cancers has been associated with too much of insulting chemicals or too little of scarce nutrients (Some deficiency). Keep in mind that it is all done for a good reason. Survival.
Addition: The concept of a sterile body Nyongeza: Kukosekana kwa umoja na ushirikiano wa wadudu katika mwili
By sterile body I mean the body whose almost all cells are of that organism. I mean if it is a human then the eukaryotic cells make up the sterile body of a human. In contrast there is a normal body which is infested with about ten times bacterial cells (prokaryotes). In the former body there is lack of the sense of communal sharing of resources with the non self. Thus a risk of developing cancer rises. It is difficult to have cancerous cells when one has proper balance of microbiome in his/her body. The higher thinking decides whether to care them or to kill them.

Theory on obesity (Nadharia ya uzito kupindukia)
Obesity is characterized by excess energy storage in form of body fat. Before reaching obesity the person first becomes overweight. Actually the body was accumulating the energy for temporarily but as the stress period was prolonged so does the act of storage prolonged.
Brain directs all changes including appetite, decreased fat burning, increased fat storage all these mediated by both neuronal and hormonal factors. It is not overall good to store much energy and the body knows that, but if that means survival then it is worth it.
The body stores the energy. To make it clear is that stress causes obesity but it is not the case that every obese person is stressed. No. But we clearly think that stress has a lot to do with other factors leading to obesity. For example the tendency to overeat can be part of stress response of the body trying to gather enough energy to use and store for the threat. This energy goes into the body.
The whole body being stressed and formerly enough resources are perceived as scarce. The cells depending on the way of life they will adapt either directed or undirected there will be redistribution of the resources. Some cells will accumulate while others get little of it. The order of importance and privileges according to ability to enable survival of the organism in emergency. Fat cells are important, they store the energy we desperately need on combating the threat in the near future. The body makes more of them. The brain gets access to the glucose in the blood which is kept at high concentration.
The gluconeogenesis coupled with foods eaten will add up to lead to obesity. Even if food is not eaten the conversion of proteins to glucose is not reversible, if that energy is not used it will be converted to fat. This conversion might not lead to weight gain but it is the recipe in producing the skinny fat type of obesity. Where the person have more fats to body weight ratio even if the BMI might not term him/her as obese but the risks are the same.
What I have just said is stress causes obesity. But one might be genetically predisposed to be fat. There is no problem with that but when he/she starts to see that size as dangerous that creates real problem as they already have large amount of energy to start with. We say they are predisposed. If a person becomes fat and then he is not stressed with anything I guess there will be no problems. Until the weight becomes a physical constraint. He is even more likely to thrive well in this world if some real danger comes about. The advice to everyone whether fat or slim is to control their stressors, emotions and perceptions.
It would be nonsense if there is no check on the processes which decrease overall energy content especially in this emergency period so perceived as ' The time of need'. And then the body discourage resource depletion of any kind.
Theory of everything (Nadharia ya kila kitu)
We are of God and we live for mankind. (Sisi ni wa Mungu na tunaishi kwa ajili ya wanadamu). Anything done in that statement is right, anything contrary to this statement is left. Living and doing according to this statement is healthy and therefore right. Always healthy things are right.
